Tonight, we are honored to recognize Board Chair Chanta Rickard for her dedicated service to Hyde County Schools.

She is deeply committed to expanding opportunities for students through innovative pathways like drones and aviation courses, while also ensuring that students who struggle academically are seen, supported, and given the tools they need to succeed.
As Board Chair, Chanta leads with vision, compassion, and an unmatched focus on what is best for students today and for the future.
