INTRODUCTION
Hyde County Schools invites and welcomes proposals for their janitorial supplies and services. Please take the time to read and become familiar with the proposal requirements. All proposals submitted for consideration must be received by the time specified above under the "SUBMISSION DEADLINE."
PROJECT AND LOCATION
Hyde County Schools wishes to enter into a service agreement (Partnership) with Janitorial Products and Services Co to provide Janitorial Products and Services to the school district. The goal of this partnership is to produce cleaner buildings, shinier floors, and odor-free restrooms. The cleaning products should include all consumable items such as gloves, toilet tissue, paper towels, trash can liners, floor care products, cleaning chemicals, and janitorial supplies to complete cleaning tasks adequately. We are including a recommended cleaning product list. You may, however, include your listing as part of your quote response.
We prefer to enter into a three-year agreement with the option to extend for two years upon the agreement of both parties. We also prefer fixed pricing if possible.
Please include any consultation services, procedural training, equipment servicing, and walk-through inspections your company will provide.
Please include delivery schedules and methods of delivery. Please note we have two school campus locations and one central office location.
